Refund policy
Refund Process
Please contact us via email at info@socialbean.co.za prior to returning any products so that we can clarify the nature and validity of the refund or return claim.
- Products must be returned within 14 business days following purchase.
- Coffee products cannot be returned unless there is a quality concern.
- Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If the refund is denied, you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you.
International Orders
No returns or refunds can be given for international orders (i.e. outside of South Africa) that have been shipped.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of us approving your refund, please email us at info@socialbean.co.za.
