Shipping Areas

• Local Delivery: Gauteng - 2 - 3 day delivery

• National Shipping: All major South African cities and towns 5 - 10 business days.

• Rural Areas: Extended delivery times may apply

Shipping Methods and Costs

Express Shipping:

• Major cities: R150 (1-2 business days)

• Secondary cities: R200 (2-3 business days)

Local Delivery:

• Within Gauteng: R35 (same day/next day)

• Free delivery on orders over R500

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday-Friday) ship same day

• Weekend orders processed on the following Monday

• Custom roasts require 48-72 hours additional processing

• Local delivery services

Tracking

• Tracking numbers provided via email once shipped

Delivery Requirements

• Signature required for orders over R1000

• Safe place delivery available upon request

• Delivery attempts made during business hours (8 AM - 5 PM)

Shipping Restrictions

• No shipping to PO Boxes for fresh coffee (quality preservation)

• Remote areas may have extended delivery times

• Certain areas may require collection from local depot

International Shipping

Currently not available. We focus on delivering the freshest coffee within South Africa.

Peak Season Notice

During peak periods (holidays, special promotions), delivery times may be extended by 1-2 business days.

Issues with Delivery

• Report non-delivery within 10 business days

• Damaged packages should be reported immediately

• We’ll work with courier partners to resolve any issues

Temperature and Quality Protection

• Specialized packaging to maintain coffee freshness

• Temperature-controlled storage until dispatch
